KEN J. GORDON, JR.

 

KEN J. GORDON, JR., or Pastor Ken, as he is known by his members, is a pastor, best-selling author, business executive, husband, father, and community leader, whose entire life has been dedicated to the service of others. 

 

Pastor Ken, who was licensed, ordained, and consecrated by the Church of God in Christ (COGIC), is a graduate of The Citadel – The Military College of South Carolina, where he earned a Bachelors of Arts degree in International Law & Military Affairs. He also attended the James Dussault Pentecostal Seminary, where he earned a Masters degree in Nonprofit Administration, a Doctorate in Communication, and a Ph.D. in Christian Counseling. 

 

Pastor Ken, who is a Certified Chaplain, is a Life Member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity; a Diamond Life Member of the NAACP; a Board member of Jazz’s Stepping Stones (a transitional housing program for women in Los Angeles, CA); and a Board member of Nurture of Alabama (an organization focused on raising awareness about mental health). 

 

Pastor Ken and his wife, Leslie, have four “adulting” children and two beautiful grandchildren. The divine duo live in an empty nest in Charlotte, NC, with their Cockapoo.
